This is the remote city of Matsumoto, it is a bustling area, though is not exceedingly connected to outside influences. Those lucky few who stumble upon this wondrous city can find a prestigious high school, self-named Matsumoto High Schools, including grades K-12; surplus high-end houses and mansions, and surprisingly very few decrepit buildings; and a beautiful view of the sea along one side of the active metropolis.

This RP Site is open for all RP levels, and features and quick, easy bio form so that you can begin role-playing as soon as possible! All characters must be of school age and attend Matsumoto High. But should you feel the nagging urge to create less important, though needed characters, then fill out a mini-bio, which has no requirements, so fill in all things that are necessary for your devious plot and then attack with a full calvery!
